MUST WATCH: Jim Jordan GOES OFF During Clinton Foundation Hearing

06:26
As seen on Outnumbered The panel on "Outnumbered" discussed a top North Carolina congressman's claim that whistleblowers came forward to him about potential illicit activity at the Clinton Foundation. Melissa Francis said Rep. Mark Meadows, a Republican who represents the Smokies, told Fox News that three people have offered him "hundreds of pages of evidence of illegal activity." Francis said Meadows -- the chair of the conservative House Freedom Caucus -- plans to hold a hearing next week in the oversight subcommittee he chairs to look into the allegations. She said that "evidence has been there forever" leading to the conclusion that the Clinton Foundation is indeed rife with corrupt dealings. Francis said the government of Abu Dhabi -- capital of the United Arab Emirates -- paid former President Clinton $1 million to give a pair of speeches while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. Shortly thereafter, Etihad, a top Emirati airline, received special approval to fly non-stop to the United States and receive customs-related perks only offered to regional flights from Canada, Ireland and the Caribbean, Francis said.

'ARE YOU A GANG RAPIST?': Sen. Lindsey Graham goes off during #Kavanaugh hearing (FNN)

04:29
Brought to you by Desert Diamond: http://ddcaz.com Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, on Tuesday rejected the requests from Democrats to delay a key hearing on the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, who has accused the federal judge of sexual assault during a party when they were in high school, are due to testify before the committee on Thursday. Kavanaugh has denied Ford's allegations. In a letter to ranking member Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., Grassley wrote: "I am not going to silence Dr. Ford after I promised and assured her that I would provide her a safe, comfortable, and dignified opportunity to testify ... There is no reason to delay the hearing any further." Grassley added that any further delay would be unfair to both Ford and Kavanaugh, whom Grassley said "has asked the Committee repeatedly for the chance to testify as soon as possible ... We can no longer stand in the way of him presenting his testimony before the Committee." Sharing a mix of breaking news, Arizona stories, engaging discussions, and popular culture.

EPIC SHOWDOWN: President Trump Takes On CNN's Jim Acosta

02:49
President Trump clashed dramatically at Wednesday's press conference with CNN White House reporter Jim Acosta, after the CNN star peppered Trump with questions and refused to give up the microphone as he asked about the migrant caravan and Russia investigation. “That's enough. Put down the mic,” he ordered Acosta, as a White House aide tried to take the microphone from him, only for Acosta to initially refuse to turn it over and push her arm down. “I tell you what, CNN should be ashamed of itself having you working for them. You are a rude, terrible person, you shouldn’t be working for CNN.” It was one of several testy exchanges during the nearly 90-minute press conference. The dispute began when Acosta first asked Trump about the migrant caravan approaching the U.S. southern border. After challenging Trump whether the caravan really was an “invasion,” as Trump had previously stated, Acosta proceeded to “caravan-splain” to Trump. “The caravan was not an invasion, it is a group of migrants moving up the border from Central America towards the border with the U.S.,” the reporter scolded Trump. “Thank you for telling me that, I appreciate it,” Trump said, before saying he had not “demonized” immigrants as Acosta claimed. But as Trump answered, Acosta repeatedly interjected and went back and forth with Trump over how the White House had characterized the caravan. “They're hundreds of miles away, that’s not an invasion,” Acosta said. “Honestly, I think you should let me run the country, you run CNN and if you did it well, your ratings would be much better,” Trump said. Acosta later asked about the Russian investigation, which Trump then called a “hoax.” After Acosta eventually sat down, Trump said “the way you treat [White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders] is horrible and the way you treat other people is horrible,” Acosta was helped by fellow reporter and NBC correspondent Peter Alexander, who called Acosta a “diligent reporter who busts his butt.” Trump shot back: “Well, I’m not a big fan of yours either, to be honest.” At that point, Acosta stood up and kept speaking to the president, to which Trump had another retort. “When you report fake news, which CNN does a lot, you are the enemy of the people,” he said.

HEATED EXCHANGE: Congressman Mark Meadows And Michael Cohen

03:01
The Republican National Committee is telling Michael Cohen, its former deputy finance director who has turned on President Trump, to “have fun in prison” as part of a coordinated war room effort to push back against his expected anti-Trump public testimony on Capitol Hill on Wednesday. Fox News was given an exclusive look at the RNC’s planned efforts to fight back against Cohen, who is expected to testify against Trump, his former longtime boss, during a much-anticipated House Oversight Committee hearing Wednesday. Cohen is testifying on Capitol Hill for three days this week, though Wednesday’s hearing is the only one that it is public. Part of the effort is distributing a video titled “Have Fun in Prison!” that includes clips of Cohen previously vouching for Trump during the presidential campaign. Cohen has since pleaded guilty to multiple crimes, including campaign finance violations, tax evasion and lying to Congress, as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. Cohen, sentenced to three years, is expected to report to prison in May. “Convicted felon Michael Cohen is going to prison for lying, including lies he told under oath to Congress,” RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel told Fox News. “This whole charade is not about truth, it is a last ditch effort to save face and cast blame on everyone but himself for his crimes.” According to a game plan for Cohen’s testimony reviewed by Fox News, the RNC is preparing a war room similar to what the party did when former FBI Director Jim Comey testified against the president on Capitol Hill last year. Ahead of the hearing, the RNC is booking surrogates on television and blasting emails to reporters about Cohen. Among the talking points being used by the RNC: “Cohen is going to prison for lying under oath to Congress and no one should believe a word he says in his testimony this week.” “It’s unfortunate Democrats are wasting the public’s time with this established liar in an effort to distract from the historic progress President Trump is making overseas with North Korea,” McDaniel told Fox News. #MichaelCohen #Cohen #DonaldTrump

HEATED: Bernie Sanders TAKES ON Tom Price at Hearing - Is Healthcare a Right for ALL Americans? -FNN

06:56
Brought to you by Desert Diamond: http://ddcaz.com Bernie Sanders grills Tom Price at his Senate confirmation hearing for Secretary of Health and Human Services. (FoxNews.com) President-elect Donald Trump announced the nomination of Rep. Tom Price, R-Ga., to head the Department of Health and Human Services. If confirmed by the Senate, Price will play a central role in Republican efforts to repeal and replace ObamaCare. Trump has pledged to move quickly on overhauling his predecessor's signature measure, but has been vague about what he hopes to see in a replacement bill. "Chairman Price, a renowned physician, has earned a reputation for being a tireless problem solver and the go-to expert on healthcare policy, making him the ideal choice to serve in this capacity," Trump said in a statement. "He is exceptionally qualified to shepherd our commitment to repeal and replace Obamacare and bring affordable and accessible healthcare to every American. I am proud to nominate him as Secretary of Health and Human Services." Price, a 62-year-old six-term congressman and orthopedic surgeon, has chaired the House Budget Committee for the past two years. A bookish conservative from the Atlanta suburbs, Price has worked closely with House Speaker Paul Ryan to assemble GOP budgets aimed at reducing the annual deficit. "I am humbled by the incredible challenges that lay ahead and enthusiastic for the opportunity to be a part of solving them on behalf of the American people,” Price said. Price said whatever Republicans do to replace Obama's health care law will bear a "significant resemblance" to a 2015 measure that was vetoed by the president. That bill would have gutted some of the health care law's main features: Medicaid expansion, subsidies to help middle-class Americans buy private policies, the tax penalties for individuals who refused to get coverage and several taxes to support coverage expansion. The bill would have delayed implementation for two years. Price insisted that Republicans can keep the protections for those with existing medical conditions without mandating that all individuals carry coverage or pay a penalty to support an expanded insurance pool. Price said Republicans want to address "the real cost drivers" of health care price spikes, which he said were not necessarily sicker patients, but a heavy regulatory burden, taxes and lawsuits against medical professionals.

Trey Gowdy Scorches Peter Strozk, Lisa Page During Clinton/Trump Bias Hearing

15:34
House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy scorched James Comey in a blistering opening statement at a high-profile congressional hearing on Tuesday, declaring “we can’t survive with a justice system we don’t trust.” Gowdy kicked off the hearing featuring testimony from Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz on his review of the Hillary Clinton email case. The top DOJ watchdog is on Capitol Hill for the second day in a row to discuss the explosive report. But Gowdy launched into Tuesday's session -- a joint hearing held by the House oversight and judiciary panels -- with a fiery condemnation of the former FBI director and certain agents in the bureau he led. Referring to IG findings that Comey defied his superiors in his handling of the Clinton email case, Gowdy accused the ex-director of essentially operating by his own rules. "We see Jim Comey and Jim Comey alone deciding which DOJ policies to follow and which to ignore," he said. Gowdy accused Comey of watering down his initial statement on the investigation's findings and making other decisions on his own. While Comey has suggested he acted unilaterally out of concern for the Justice Department's handling of the case, Gowdy questioned why he didn't seek a special counsel -- as he indirectly did regarding concerns about the Trump administration. “Instead, he appointed himself FBI director, attorney general, special counsel, lead investigator and the general arbiter of what is good and right in the world according to him,” Gowdy said. Gowdy said that Horowitz’s report, which was released last Thursday, should “conjure anger, disappointment and sadness in anyone who reads it.” He also said that, in the wake of the IG report, there were FBI agents and attorneys who decided to "prejudge" the outcome of the Clinton case. “These exact same FBI agents and attorney prejudged the outcome of the Russia investigation before it even began,” he added.

EMOTIONAL REMARKS: Brother of murdered CA officer Ronil Singh during arrest announcement (FNN)

02:03
The illegal immigrant wanted by California cops for the murder of one of their own may have connections to a Mexican-American street gang, according to an image circulating on social media confirmed as authentic by investigators. The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department – which is leading the investigation into the killing of Newman Police Cpl. Ronil Singh – posted the image, and several others, on its Twitter account early Friday morning. Officer Ronil Singh had been employed with the Newman Police Department since 2011. “We can confirm these are pictures of the man who murdered Corporal Ronil Singh,” the department said. “We CANNOT, however, confirm that the correct name or birth date is being put out.” The photo shows the alleged “cop-killer” posing in a tank-top shirt, with a metal chain necklace draped around his neck and a large flaming skull tattoo visible on his right arm. Underneath the tattoo is the word “$ur3no$,” which, according to police in Washington State, is Spanish for “southerners”. “Sureños are a group of Mexican-American street gangs with origins in southern California (south of Bakersfield),” reads a profile on the group in a police gang recognition guide. “The gang has allegiance to the [California] prison gang, Mexican Mafia, aka “La Eme”. PRESIDENTIAL EULOGY: George W. Bush Remembers His Father, George H.W. Bush

13:07
When George H.W. Bush lies in state this week, he will be the 12th president to do so. The 41st president died on Nov. 30 at his home in Houston at the age of 94. His body will arrive Monday in Washington, D.C., where he will lie in the Capitol rotunda for three days, giving the public a chance to mourn. Bush will then be transported back to Texas for another service and his burial. Presidential funerals are planned far in advance, and the family receives help from the military to coordinate the events. Read on for a look at some of the traditions created from past presidential funerals and how they’ve been handled over the years. Out of the five presidents who have died in the past 30 years – including Bush – only one did not have a state funeral. President Richard Nixon was remembered at a service at his library in California before he was buried next to his wife, according to the White House Historical Association. His family thought visitors to the Capitol might not be respectful toward Nixon, who resigned from the office. #Bush41

MIGRANT CARAVAN UPDATE: President Trump Outlines The Tricks Of The Migrants

01:44
Fears of a possible U.S.-Mexican border shutdown associated with the migrant caravan is keeping customers away from Tijuana businesses, according to merchants, tour guides and even dentists who cater to Americans. “It's been kind of slow,” Giancarlo Marshall, who co-owns Nativo Coffee in Tijuana, told Fox News. “Around town, everybody was really nervous and didn't know what was going to happen." One of Nativo Coffee's two locations is just steps from the San Ysidro border crossing. Much of its business comes from those who commute between San Diego and Tijuana. Marshall, who also has seen a slowdown with his rentals listed on Airbnb, said Nativo’s customers are mostly concerned with getting stuck on one side or the other. "They're kind of scared,” Marshall said. "We're people that commute a lot to the U.S., and back and forth.”

FNN: President Trump & Melania Welcome Argentina President Mauricio Macri and Wife to White House

02:35
Brought to you by Desert Diamond: http://ddcaz.com WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Donald Trump welcomed Argentine President Mauricio to the White House for talks on Thursday and said they'll end up being "great friends, better than ever before." Trump puts great stock in the relationships he's building with his foreign counterparts, and has spoken extensively in recent weeks about the "chemistry" he says he built with Chinese President Xi Jinping after their talks earlier this month at Trump's private estate in Florida. A red carpet and military honor guard awaited Macri as his motorcade pulled up the driveway to the South Lawn entrance of the White House, where Trump and first lady Melania Trump greeted Macri and his wife, Juliana Awada. The men patted each other's backs as they turned and went inside. The couples then walked along the colonnade to the Oval Office, ladies first. Trump described Macri as "my good friend for many, many years." Asked how long that was, Trump replied: "Long time." In the Oval Office, Trump again raised their personal friendship. "We're going to be great friends, better than ever before," he said. Macri spoke briefly about his desire for strong relations with the U.S. Argentine journalists in the room asked about lemons. The Trump administration recently postponed a decision by former President Barack Obama to lift a 16-year ban on imports of Argentine lemons, stalling the return of imports from one of the world's top producers of the citrus fruit. Trump and Macri met first in the Oval Office and then sat down with their delegations for a working lunch. The two already enjoy a personal relationship from their days as businessmen, ties both hope to leverage to boost U.S.-Argentina relations. The White House said when it announced Thursday's visit that the leaders would discuss how to deepen relations between their countries. Trump and Macri are also expected to confer on a range of bilateral and regional issues, including trade, security and Venezuela's deteriorating political situation. Trump said "it's very sad to see what's happening" in Venezuela, where tens of thousands of Venezuelans have taken to the streets over the past month to protest against socialist President Nicolas Maduro. They blame Maduro for triple-digit inflation, hours-long lines to get food, shortages of medical supplies and a rise in crime. Protesters have clashed with security forces, which have used tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse crowds, and looting has destroyed dozens of businesses.

BUSTED: Largest College Admissions Scam Includes Hollywood Actresses and Coaches

29:55
Actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin were among more than four dozen people charged in a nationwide college admissions cheating scandal that involved wealthy individuals paying up to $6.5 million to place their children into elite universities, according to court records revealed Tuesday. The alleged scam -- which involved students being placed into top colleges such as Yale, Georgetown, Stanford, University of Southern California, UCLA and the University of Texas -- was run by a man in California, William Rick Singer, who helped parents get their children into the schools through bribes, court documents unsealed in Boston showed. Singer, who authorities said will plead guilty to racketeering, ran the charity, Key Worldwide Foundation, which received $25 million in total to guarantee the admissions, U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling said during a Tuesday news conference. Most of the students did not know their admission to the school was due to a bribe, authorities said. The children’s parents would allegedly pay a specified amount of money fully aware it would be used to gain college admission. The money would then go toward an SAT or ACT administrator or a college athletic coach who would fake a profile for the prospective student — regardless of their athletic ability, according to the charging documents. "There can be no separate college admission system for the wealthy and there will not be a separate criminal justice system either," Lelling said. "We're not talking about donating a building so a school is more likely to take your son or daughter, we're talking about deception or fraud."

In a statement to Fox News on Wednesday about the latest development in the case, 20th Century Fox Television, which produces "Empire," and Fox Entertainment said they had "no comment at this time." Smollett, who is openly gay and black, reported that on Jan. 29, he was attacked by two masked men as he was walking home from a Subway restaurant. He claimed that the men shouted racial and anti-gay slurs at him, poured a substance on him, threw a rope around his neck and shouted, "This is MAGA country!" Sharing a mix of breaking news, Arizona stories, engaging discussions, and popular culture.

BREAKING: Jussie Smollett Arrested - FULL Chicago Police UPDATE News Conference

32:31
Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett orchestrated a "phony attack" in order to take "advantage of the pain and anger of racism to promote his career." Johnson said at a news conference Thursday that Smollett also sent a racist and homophobic threatening letter to himself at the Fox studio lot before the attack. He said Smollett was dissatisfied with his salary. "I'm left hanging my head and asking why," a visibly upset Johnson told reporters. "Why would anyone, especially an African-American man, use the symbolism of a noose to make false accusations? How could someone look at the hatred and suffering associated with that symbol...how can an individual who has been embraced by the city of Chicago turn around and slap everyone in this city by making this false claim?" He added, "Bogus police reports cause real harm." Following three weeks of mounting suspicions, Smollett, who is accused of filing a false police report, was charged Wednesday with felony disorderly conduct. He turned himself in at central booking early Thursday. If convicted, he is facing up to three years in prison. . #JussieSmollett
