She fell in love with yoga because of the complement it offered her hectic lifestyle. While maintaining her career as a TV host and artiste in Fly Entertainment her love for fitness led her on an entrepreneural path. In 2011 she got her first yoga teaching certificate from Pure Yoga, Singapore after which she launched StretchCity.com, a yoga lifestyle website to interconnect the yoga studios, shops, restaurants, and events. While running Stretch City and expanding the site to include Hong Kong and Shanghai, she traveled to New York to receive her second teachers certificate from Strala Yoga in 2015 with Tara Stiles. Upon her return to Singapore she immediately jumped into instructing at Yoga Movement, Singapore’s most popular yoga studio with over 16,000 students practicing in all of their 4 yoga studios per month. In March of 2016 Stretch City was acquired by PurelyB.com to become the central solution for health and wellness in Asia. As a teacher, Liv is known for her funky playlists and fun yet challenging classes that get her students sweatier and stronger. Her largest class was taught to 500 participants of YOLO Run on 22nd November 2015 while her most original yoga class was Singapore’s First Silent Disco Yoga on 19th December 2015. Her industry and fitness career often cross-over. Liv designed Liv Lo for Love, Bonito a yoga wear inspired collection sold exclusively on Singapore’s leading online destination Love, Bonito. She produced a series of fitness videos for PurelyB and The Wedding Scoop which are also shared on her Youtube channel.
