Latest fitness motivation video is now LIVE. This one is a little different. How often do you hear people say "Break ups build bodybuilders". I've been lifting for about 4 years now and the one thing that I've heard that many of my LONG TERM gym bros say is "Yaar, break up ke baad hee gym chalu kiya". That's true in my case as well. KEEP IN MIND that this video hasn't been made keeping a specific individual in mind. Its more about how EXPERIENCING a break up can fire you to new heights. As my idol, Elliot Hulse says, in order to build something great, you need to destroy something first. In the process of destruction, through your break up, will you be able to RISE. This is the ultimate break up motivation video you'll need. Always knew I'd make a video about this topic, as its something very close to my heart. Honestly, when I was going through a bad time, there wasn't any break up or breakup related motivational content on YouTube that really caught my eye. I wish someone had told me then that heart break would be the best thing to ever happen to me.
Hope you guys like this fitness motivation video. This motivational speech video is going to propel you from your heartbreak to giving rise to a new YOU

I was never been in any relationship but I had a friend. Actually not just a friend. I used to call her gulu. Sab kuch accha Chal raha tha. Lekin woh ladki hi itni pyari thi na to mujhe usse pyar ho gaya. And one day she asked me do have any fellings for me? Meine bahot chupana chaha lekin usne kasam diya to mujhe bolna para ki "Ha I have feelings for you and I love you like hell". Aur usdin (18 August) se woh mujhse thik se baat nhi karti. Aur ab to usne mujhse baat karna bhi chor diya. I always try to keep myself busy. But uski yaadein uski photos mujhe rehne nhi deti. Mujhe bishwas nhi hota jis ladki ko mein itna pyar karta tha. Uske liye apne dost se ladai kiya& baat karna bandh Kar diya woh aj mujhe chor diya just because I have feelings for her. Usne bahot kuch bola lekin mein chup raha. Mein chahta tha to mein usko buri tarah se hurt kar sakta tha but I never did this. Taaki woh ro na de.
Woh agar raat ko nhi soti thi to voice msg mai Lori sunake sulata tha mein.
Usne mujhe bola tha ki chahe Kuch bhi ho jaye I will never leave you.
Aur bhi bahot kuch baatein hai. But I still want ki meri gulu jaha bhi ho/ jiske sath bhi ho bas Khush rahe.
I am trying hard to forget her.
#Thank_you Ranveer bhai. Mein apko bara bhai manta hu Aur apki video mujhe bahot acchi lagi.
I have never been in a relationship. It was a one sided affair. It's been almost 1.5 years and I still feel the pain like it happened yesterday.
I worked hard, worked out, got a great job, but still, I am not able to love any other girl. I can't feel that attraction anymore. I achieved what I set my mind to, still, I feel empty. I don't know what will happen to me. But what I know is, I'll achieve even more. This is just the beginning. I have a lot to unleash, lot to discover and a lot to see. I want to push my limits so hard that I laugh back at this condition of mine. I want myself to be so hard working and so determined that I give my parents the best future possible and me to me too.

Its been two months since I have gone through a break up. She gave me false hope several times. She has a crush on someone else and it breaks me down deeply. I have never gone through this. There times where I feel much better and see the positive but some days it hits me hard and breaks me. I have tried and to a point where it's not worth it because she is just playing with me. But today I told her this is over does not matter. I cut her loose.
Because of you i learn to live a happy life again..... This is just a beginning in our lives..... Go on never back down move on... Thank you for your video you said im happy again that words just touch my words.
i was in this relationship 7 years back.. been with her for 1.5 years.. but conflicts happened we broke up in a very bad way.. i had been dumped with too many vulgar words.. 2 and half years later, she wanted to come back, told me she misses me, told me that i was the best thing for her, but the other side of the story was she was having a relationship with this other guy in this time and they even got married and it was not working out for her.. so fact was she was searching for her escape route which was me.. and like a fool i forgave everything and accepted her once again as i thought she was the one for me.. few days later i helped her to get divorced with this husband of hers and she moved in with me.. few days later we started living in together.. spent another 2 years in this live in relationship.. she had too many problems in life.. she left her family in that span of time when i was not there.. i supported her in getting through all of that.. then one fine day, when everything kind of got sorted for her, she wanted to go to her family again ending this live in relationship, and i supported that too.. and then few days later, when she went to her family, she started abusing me again bringing out all those past conflicts that we had, switched off her phone for consistently, started giving me excuses that she has problems talking with me when her family is near and what not... and then one day i made up my mind, realised what was happening and i just broke up, this time i did that.. i loved my decision a week later.. it just took a week to erase her completely this time.. in this span of one week, in the initial two days i blamed myself, thought i had been a loser, even thought of getting her back,... but then on the 3rd morning when i regained my senses, i actually could see that the loser is actually her.. she had done much bigger shit than me combining all these 7 years.. i realised that i actually had nothing to lose whereas she lost all dignity, all self respect, all that homely love, judged on her character by too many people, and what not.. well right then i just smiled, blocked her from every communication sites, blocked her phone no. which was registered on my name and just moved on.. end result is i got my friends back, went home to my mom explored my childhood destinations, travelled a lot of places and regained my lost happiness.. dont let breakups hurt u.. my story tells u how shit relationships can be.. keep realising if the relationship is working out or not if u r still in it.. overcome, do what u like after the break up, make it your strength, and let me tell u, u will finally find your worth.. embrace the pain and convert it into strength ✌️✌️✌️
I love this edgy look! I was so excited that her hair, even as short as it is now, was still able to be put into the fun and trendy dutch pigtail braids! Instead of braiding to the ends, I ended them in close together pigtails at the nape of her neck. After I finished braiding, I tugged on the outsides of the braid gently to loosen them and make them a little messy and fun! Since she doesn’t have enough hair to tie around the elastics, I made sure to use elastics that matched her hair so they blend in as much as possible. You could also cover them with clips or bows! A view from the back of her Dutch pigtail braids! A great braid for short hair is a micro accent braid! My biggest tip for braiding short hair would be to add in small slices of hair rather than big ones. I did a small (micro) braid along a slightly curved deep part for anther cute and edgy look! You could also do another one next to it if you wanted a little more to the look, but I really liked how simple this one was. You can see how the part curves a little better from this view of the back. I ended the braid close to the head with an elastic that matched her hair. For our fourth style, we did a 3/4 french braid! Super simple but also super cute! You could do any type braid! It would also look cute using a Dutch braid or a fishtail braid! I loved the side view of this braid! I will for sure be doing this one next time she goes to gymnastics or swimming, whichever comes first! Our last braid is two four dutch lace braids into two loops in the back. Start off by parting the hair down the middle. On each side of the part, do a dutch lace braid, adding hair in from only the section closest to the part as you braid. Tie the braids together in the back with a small elastic and before you pull the hair all the way through to make a ponytail, leave it in a cute little loop! If the hair is a little bit longer, you could do a tiny bun. Repeat this directly under the braid you just did so you have two rows and two loops.
We will have to be coming up with lots more short hair braids in the future, so be sure to give us a follow over at our newly redesigned blog Abella’s Braids to see more as we do them!
Thanks for reading! See you again this time next month!
love these ideas! My daughter recently cut about 8 inches off her hair and is loving her shorter hair, but I’ve mostly been at a loss of what to do with it! Thanks!
Abella has been begging me for at least a year, probably closer to two years, to cut her hair. I posted a photo on Instagram with a question in the caption. “Abella has been begging me to cut her hair short, do you think I should let her do it?” Almost everyone said “YES!” So thanks to all of the good advice from my followers, we did it…and we haven’t regretted it for a second! I think she looks so cute and it really fits her personality! It’s for sure a lot harder to come up with braids but it’s pushed me to step out of my comfort zone! We wanted to show you that even if you have short hair, there are lots of cute braids you can still do!
This first braid (above) is three ladder braids. Start out with a part deep to one side. On the side with less hair, start out by doing a waterfall braid along the part. Under that one, do another waterfall braid, but incorporate the waterfall pieces from the one above it as you braid. Under that one, do a french braid. Incorporate the waterfall pieces from the second braid as you go. We braided each one to the ends and used elastics that matched her hair to tie them off.
