Hi everyone! Almost end of the financial year and the start of a new financial year. Also, a time that tells that its almost been the completing of 3 months in this new year. The question arises is that how much have we grown in this year? How uncomfortable have we made ourselves. Marking this moment by adding another motivational interview video to “The Ranveer Show” series.
Today we have with us – Gaurav Kapur from Oaktree Sports. He has also been the host of “Breakfast with the Champions (BwC)” and is also an investor, who deals in a lot of equity funds and mutual funds. Also, Gaurav Kapur BwC is known for the fact that he is a multimedia mercenary and also, does a lot of startup investments. In this motivational videos aka Gaurav Kapoor interview, we talk about Gaurav Kapoor and his entrepreneurship journey. Gaurav Kapoor breakfast with champions presents a true motivation and inspiration for young entrepreneurs. Gaurav started his journey wanting to be a banker; however followed his love for drama and being on stage. Today Gaurav believes in working with sincerity and enjoying the journey, rather than achieving just the end result. He talks about the entrepreneurship startup ideas that he has seen and it’s the passion of the motivated team that grows the company or the Indian startups ideas rather than the beauty of the product. He also shares his own indian startup stories and how he made his success story from stumbling into one mistake to another. Adding to the inspiring stories video on the Ranveer Show BeerBiceps, Ranveer Allahbadia is proud to present – Gaurav Kapur on the BeerBiceps channel.
Please feel free to like and share the video.

Been a fan of Gaurav from channel
V DAYS. I remember there was a show which was telecasted at 3 pm on MTV by Nikhil chinappa and
At same time on channel v by Gaurav. We used to watch channel v for Gaurav. It was around 18 years back. Gaurav is a genius , phenomenal, witty and humble!
I recognise Ranveer for two things :
1. His video on Aamir Khan's body transformation for दंगल
2. His comment on one of Sadguru's video at NLSR where the hosts and audience were toxic.
Post that, I had this impression about him that it's better if I get to read his thoughts rather than watch him, because in one way or the other I felt he was a little pretentious while being in front of camera.
But this interview, changed my opinion about him a lot. He is so attentive and observing while GK speaks, tells alot about his thought process. Much respect.
He is awesome, thanks Ranveer for bringing him to speak on your channel. We have always seen him on the other side of the table but this listening to him was a greater experience as well. Keep rocking !
We do care about a house,a car and a settled life!
Who told you that? If you keep living like teenagers all your life, thats stupid!
Try not to portray "our" thinking by your standards dude. Middle class values Rock!
the most valuable lesson I learned from 9:47 invest in yourself! From 23 24 till about 30, the money that you will save, when you do your next jump up in life, you will save all that money in two months. Bcuz we're almost every young guy's trying to save money early this age but we also denied yourself when we didn't take holiday, concert & a lot of things. so when the money is only this much, invest in yourself. You are your biggest asset. Don't miss your fantasy at an early age #LoveBeerBiceps 😍
Best interview on ThE RANVEER SHOW till date! What an interesting personality he is! My perspective about Gaurav Kapur completely changed after this interview. Also, excellent editing by Ranveer and team.
Gaurav has given all the practical and real advice which i have missed in my early career like he says do not save money in your 20s as just invest in yourself and whatever the possible saving you thought of will return to you after 30s in terms of getting promotion or staring your own business after having multiple experience and knowledge I believe its perfect advice for new generation.. Thanks Gaurav for letting us walk through real life of advice which can help everyone and Thanks Ravneer for bringing such inspiring figure on show.. Love you brother..
The interview standard is top notch! No nonsensical question, Great Camera for Video quality, Perfect person to interview, Nice background music, the video edits too are great! Feels like watching a TV Show! Perfect!
Great interview, people are advising me too much for saving & I just don’t think it’s worth so much of my attention. Prime reason being, it’s not related to the ‘now’, it’s always for the future & literally always for the future.
Ranveer bhai i want your advice personally cause i m really confused what to do in my life ahead pls tell me how can i talk to you .
I really need your help n i think you can help me out...pls bhai pls @BeerBiceps help me
The thing he said about saving up in early part of career and realsing that's its two months of saving when you get a pitch in your life was absolutely right. Can't agree more, been there, realised that..
i watch this type of video bcoz m fukin depressed with my growth.. i know what to do i try i keep banging myself but not working out and plus so many shubh chintak in our life as u know.. kabhi b aap koi galti karte ho ya nahi b karte ku6 log apko a6a karta dekhenge toint marenge nagative bolenge.. world is fuking harsh place... i hope something awesome happens with me andu too if u r reading this.. love you all..
I love this edgy look! I was so excited that her hair, even as short as it is now, was still able to be put into the fun and trendy dutch pigtail braids! Instead of braiding to the ends, I ended them in close together pigtails at the nape of her neck. After I finished braiding, I tugged on the outsides of the braid gently to loosen them and make them a little messy and fun! Since she doesn’t have enough hair to tie around the elastics, I made sure to use elastics that matched her hair so they blend in as much as possible. You could also cover them with clips or bows! A view from the back of her Dutch pigtail braids! A great braid for short hair is a micro accent braid! My biggest tip for braiding short hair would be to add in small slices of hair rather than big ones. I did a small (micro) braid along a slightly curved deep part for anther cute and edgy look! You could also do another one next to it if you wanted a little more to the look, but I really liked how simple this one was. You can see how the part curves a little better from this view of the back. I ended the braid close to the head with an elastic that matched her hair. For our fourth style, we did a 3/4 french braid! Super simple but also super cute! You could do any type braid! It would also look cute using a Dutch braid or a fishtail braid! I loved the side view of this braid! I will for sure be doing this one next time she goes to gymnastics or swimming, whichever comes first! Our last braid is two four dutch lace braids into two loops in the back. Start off by parting the hair down the middle. On each side of the part, do a dutch lace braid, adding hair in from only the section closest to the part as you braid. Tie the braids together in the back with a small elastic and before you pull the hair all the way through to make a ponytail, leave it in a cute little loop! If the hair is a little bit longer, you could do a tiny bun. Repeat this directly under the braid you just did so you have two rows and two loops.
We will have to be coming up with lots more short hair braids in the future, so be sure to give us a follow over at our newly redesigned blog Abella’s Braids to see more as we do them!
Thanks for reading! See you again this time next month!
love these ideas! My daughter recently cut about 8 inches off her hair and is loving her shorter hair, but I’ve mostly been at a loss of what to do with it! Thanks!
Abella has been begging me for at least a year, probably closer to two years, to cut her hair. I posted a photo on Instagram with a question in the caption. “Abella has been begging me to cut her hair short, do you think I should let her do it?” Almost everyone said “YES!” So thanks to all of the good advice from my followers, we did it…and we haven’t regretted it for a second! I think she looks so cute and it really fits her personality! It’s for sure a lot harder to come up with braids but it’s pushed me to step out of my comfort zone! We wanted to show you that even if you have short hair, there are lots of cute braids you can still do!
This first braid (above) is three ladder braids. Start out with a part deep to one side. On the side with less hair, start out by doing a waterfall braid along the part. Under that one, do another waterfall braid, but incorporate the waterfall pieces from the one above it as you braid. Under that one, do a french braid. Incorporate the waterfall pieces from the second braid as you go. We braided each one to the ends and used elastics that matched her hair to tie them off.
