Added windows to the clerestory of the #garage. Basement hopper style. I designed and built my 3-story 3-car #garage by myself from foundation to siding in only a few months. I took videos and timelapse of the entire project from start to finish. Now I see why that part of the garage was left without siding. I thought you just ran out of money, but, I see I was wrong. You are putting in awesome windows rather than siding! I can't wait to see the progress and the final shot from outside putting the whole garage in the camera frame.

How are you going to insulate this wall since it is only made of practically plywood. Also what are you going to do when you come to your upright posts that are supporting the 2x12's?

What you also could consider is leaving one window on each side out and use them somewhere else! Your structure will stay much more ridged and you will have space in between the windows for the curtains:-) The space in between outside you can cover with metal sheet that you could paint green to match with the color of the roof!

You could cut off the side of the windows to make them fit and istall them tightly together and use a aluminium or pvc profile in the form of a T to mask the gap and use a silicon to seal it properly! Then kt will be solid and look nice and also help to support the construction and take pressure of the windows:-)

Great video and the result will be a "cupularoof"!!! It will shurely give a beautiful panoramic outlook! Very good to bend your sheetmetal yourself! Using this is much better then depend too much on silicon! Water stays out but you keep ventilation and silicon locks vapor up! Is there no way to keep the windowsides intact instead of cutting them of?

Hell, I know you just posted this video, but I was just wondering when was this? Wasnt sure if this was last week or 6 months ago. Im thinking it was spring time, but just a guess.
