65 ratings | 26871 views
Are you trying to add a simple order form on your WordPress site? There are a few ways to do this and us at WPForms is one of the best ways to add it to your site. In this video we'll show you how to add a simple order form to your WordPress site. We took the pain out of creating online forms and made it easy. Try WPForms today - https://wpforms.com With WPForms installed and activated you'll want to create a new form. The Billing/Order form will add most of the recommended form fields for selling items that you can modify to suit how you want it to look. You are able to edit available items and even add new fields. With the fields added you will want to ensure either the paypal or stripe addons are activated for you to accept the payments on your form, in our tutorial we use Paypal. You want to go under the payments area and select paypal, add your paypal email, ensure it is set for production and add your cancel url as needed. You can also go under the Settings area to decide how you will receive notifications as well as confirm the purchase. With your form setup you will want to add it to a page or widget. To add it to the page you will want to press the Add Form button and select the new order form you have created.

My product doesn't have price. I want users to enter the price themselves and addition 5% will be added to the price and all will amount to Total price. Can this be done with wpform?

How do you update the quantity? If a user wants 4 tshirts, does the form allow for this?
Martin Lindsey (2 months ago)
Jacob, what was the answer to your question? You'd think a quantity option would be standard. I need the same answer for WPForms + Square.
You certainly can, it would depend on your specific needs. Please reach out to us using: https://wpforms.com/contact/ for us to be able to answer your question more in depth.

Im sorry I see nowhere on your example where someone actually has to PAY to submit the form.
We begin explaining how to add the payment at 1:10 and going forward through the video. If you have any questions or confusion about it, feel free to reach out to us using: https://wpforms.com/contact/

Does it automatically calculate the total when the user is selecting the products? also Does it work without online payment system? I only want to receive the form submissions.
For questions about the plugin you would want to reach out using the contact form: https://wpforms.com/contact/ For totals it would depend on the specifics but you would want to take a look at: https://wpforms.com/how-to-add-product-options-that-change-the-total-price/

Hi, if you make a change to a form in the form builder area and want to see how the change looks on the actual form, can I refresh the page that has the short code from the previous time I changed the form, or do I need to generate a new shortcode, repaste it, and preview the page?
You would save your changes and simply refresh the page to see the changes you made :)
