This is the most effective HIIT routine i have ever come across.It's best for endurance and stamina building and burns tons of calories and saves time at the sae time. This undoubtedly not an everyday routine bc it's very advance. I save it for my day after a pretty bad cheat meal. It instantly makes me feel better boosts my metabolism to 10X. Helps with all that water retention too.

I hate burpees so much, like so many excersices to chose from and u chose burpees...ugh. i only did like 5 per round. Im not that fat. But burpees is just super hard for me. Like my body is so tired from all squats and jumps, and burpees came when i cant cant do it anymore....anyways, im gonna pause a lot for rest, but j will still finish this workout

Find a good endurance before get long term Workout. Without endurance it just empty. Endurance (short time workout mybe 30 sec first) then the normal time like this Video.

I commented 2 months ago but wanted to give an update/advice: Keep going. Even if it's been a month and you still can't make it through the entire workout without pausing the video, keep going. I nearly threw up my first time doing this workout, even while I had to pause a few times throughout, and at a certain point I gave up for a couple of weeks. I'm at month 2 now and I can get through the entire thing (albeit, a tad bit slower than he does lol) without stopping. I'm in the best shape I've ever been, my mood is up, I'm energetic... Truly one of the best things I've done for myself. So if you're just starting your journey, don't be discouraged if there are hiccups. They're expected. Just keep trying.

These work-outs are brill. I've been looking for an alternative to insanity. There's no need to kill yourself trying to do all of it. I'm finding I need to hit the pause button to recover a little in between reps, listen to your body , this after all is only a guide, and you have to build your own stamina gradually: 'It's all good' Thank you @Fitnessblender :-)

Awesome workout.I love this one .I was able to do this twice yesterday Today I did one. I will try to do this twice in a row with a break of 15 minutes in between and aim for 3 times in a row with 15 mins break.Hopefully I'll lose 5 kg of fat in 30 days.I'm 82 kg and 174 cm

I did this workout today 11/03/2019 and I was stocked to do a 20 min workout. Easy....NOT. the only good thing about it was coming down the ladder. I HATE BURPEES!

Omg I was doing it too on 3/11/19!!! I have two screaming kids that SAVED me when they made me stop! I could feel my entire body shaking! How do you feel after the work out? I stoped at 14:36 and using PST I still have about an hr to finish it before the end of the day! 😹

I’m 17. Female. My family has a history of overweight and obesity, and I am currently slightly overweight. I want to exercise and eat for a purpose. If you read this, please reply with a positive or motivational message. Day one: got to 9:06, my dog thought I was playing with her when I got to burpees. Lost control of my breathing. Day two: my feet hurt too much to commit to this routine. I skipped around the routine.

Don't do the same workout every day. Switch it up. FB have so many workout videos for all levels pf fitness. This is a very tough one so go for easier ones in between coming back to this one. Some days you'll feel stronger and fitter than other days. Listen to your body and pick an appropriate workout. Any workout is better than none. Good luck.
