I’m a personal trainer and boxing coach and tend to do weight and core training A LOT. I burn over 1500 calories when training people running up and down the floor and do this at least 3 times a week. So here’s me thinking - hell im fit. My body fat is next to zero percent and I’m lean and muscular. I shamelessly admit that THIS EXERCISE routine gave me a stitch half way through. And boy oh boy am I out! I’m going to be doing this regularly. The reason I returned to Cardiovascular fitness is because I do lots of work in theatre and found myself running out of breath quickly when giving long speeches. So I wanted to use various ways to increase my lung capacity. I wondered if it was because of all the core work I’ve been doing for months and months. Needless today I will be doing this regularly now. I didn’t smile the whole ay through but I was necessary ❤️ thanks guys and good luck to all on your fitness journeys!xx

All exercises look simple and not complicated but the set and combination makes terribly tired and difficult even in 20 minutes whilst it takes even longer as if 20 years !!! So understand why it burn the fats and weight !!! Wow.... really a big shit to make it even 3 times 20 minutes a week ! @ #

09/26/18 day 1: completely wet all over. wanna record how far I can go 09/27/18 day 2: I think I am addicted to this workout. Still sweaty like a pig. Love it!(sadly I have one piece of popeyes after dinner; hopefully this workout can cancel out that chunk of fat) 09/28/18 rest day 09/29/18 swimming as cardio 09/30/18 I HATE BURPEES! 10/01/18 rest day 10/2/18 sweating makes me less stressed 10/3/18 i feel i can finish this routine workout a little more easily 10/8/18 gym glute day 10/9/18 seeking a refreshment from here for a review break. feels like stress is sweating out of my body 10/10/18: I think the workout is somewhat helpful (though my weight has increased a little recently) as I am very generous with my food comsumption. Guess still a bit early to tell the effect 10/11/18: gym glute day 10/12/18: gym chest day 10/13/18: working out is tiring. I could totally get why people would quit halfway. BUT! when you finally finish up your exercise, you will feel a huge sense of accomplishment! HUGE! you pain definitely pays off
