An orthopaedic surgeon in our local sports clinic said we should never do deep squats if we want to retain healthy knee joints and avoid knee surgery in the future. According to him, the squat should be just as far as having the thighs parallel with the floor - as in touching your backside on an invisible chair.The actual words he used to me when I attended with a knee problem was 'stay away from ass to grass'

I have tried this today. Couldn't go beyond 10 mins. Sweats a lot. But will not give up and continue doing this for next 21 days irrespective of commitments. Will post you result frequently. Current weight 202 lbs. Targetting 192 lbs or less in 21 days (1st feb). Will post you soon.

This is my second time doing this workout and I really wanted to push myself. The first time I did it, I paused it after every workout and lied on my bed for 30 seconds. This time I occasionally paused it but instead of lying on my bed I just walked around for 5 seconds to catch my breath. I’m gonna keep at it and do this workout every 3 days cuz I know rest days r important. Hopefully it works! Also, if u aren’t totally drenched in sweat by the end of this video, u didn’t push urself hard enough.

No amount of pre work out prepared me for this. I do intense cross bata workouts at the college. This was nothing like it. I have so much sweat. Good job to all that made it through the whole thing :D and to anyone that tried it!

Been doing this 3 times a week for 2 months now. I can say it physically never gets easier but mentally it does. You will see a massive difference in your perspective towards hard exercise.

When I'm up to around 10 minutes my feet starts to hurt badly. Then I have to pause the workout. It's at the centre of my both foot, can't even stand on it. Then I have to take 4-5 minutes rest and then complete the workout. Is there anything I may be doing wrong ? Is it plantar fasciitis ?

+Martin Souček Hey Martin. I have been doing since beginning of November and believe me. After few days or week your body will get used to it and then its gonna be like snap of the fingers cause your muscles will get used to it and be ready to bring it on 4 more. Cheers
