Dear Satya, I'm an artistic type who enjoys interpreting the world through images and symbols. I really love the cover of Hit Refresh. It engages my imagination and makes me guess what the future might look like. Here's my best guess of what the cover of Hit Refresh means for our country and the world: Your blue arrow design reminds me of Hillary's Stronger Together campaign arrow design. To fully understand the flow of events that will be unfolding one must reinterpret Hillary's Stronger Together campaign arrow design that is short and direct and arrives at it's destination immediately i.e. it simply points to the right. When in actuality the events are more like the circle on Hit Refresh. i.e. a circle that represents the last zero in 2020. I believe Hillary will arrive at her starting point as the first female President of the United States in November of 2020. It won't be through an election process in 2020. It will be because of the Mueller Investigation and will need sufficient time to be investigated and make it's way through the Supreme Court. The great news is that Hillary will receive four full years as President. I hope she gets eight years to serve as President like Barack Obama. Time will tell. Why wasn't she just elected in 2016 without all the drama, pain and crime of Donald Trump and Mike Pence? The Trump/Pence team are the perfect villains. Contrast is what makes us appreciate the gifts we've received. They make Barack Obama look like a genius and the best President we've ever had and will set the stage for Hillary to lead and inspire women all around the world. Donald Trump embodies all the worst qualities of a man... abuse, corruption, sexist, racist, mysogonism, lying, etc. while Hillary will contrast Trump's four years with all the best qualities of a woman... powerful, empathic, generous, a global citizen, balanced emotions, humble, strong, peaceful, patient, harmonious, equality-focused and task-oriented. I see the arrow on Hit Refresh as symbolizing four years until Hillary becomes President. The first section unfortunately requires the country to take a big step down and backward in 2017, then it makes a painful gradual ascent in 2018. On a happier note 2019 is lighter and filled with hope as the world can see we are nearing the end of these challenging four years. The last year 2020 is blank and represents that we are the creators of the future. It's up to us to create the world we want. Stronger Together, globally and nationally. Can you tell I'm looking forward to Hillary Rodham Clinton being President?!!! It will be an amazing Presidency I'm sure. It's impossible to fully grasp the struggle of women since 1848 in Seneca Falls, New York. That was 168 years ago when women began this long journey towards equality. Just think, it's only a couple more years and the far off dream of equality will become a closer reality for not just American women but women all around the world. Very exciting times. Enjoy your day. Regards, Stephen Walker Plymouth, MI

Since he took over MSFT has gained $250 billion in market value. That's on par with Zuckerberg, Bezos and Pichai. Truly a remarkable turn around for MSFT. I can even think IOT without Azure nowadays. Even in opensource community I can see how MSFT has increased their contributions. From linux in store to releasing AI workbench it is stunning change.Welldone Mr.Nadella. Thanks for being an inspiration to me.

Microsoft has has such little success so far under Nadella, that I don't really have much interest in this book. We'll see how this plays out.

I had a Lumia 640 for nearly 2 years before switching to Android, and I wasn't happy about it. Thank you very much. I'm not bashing Microsoft here. I'm just concerned about where they are going. I never wanted them to become the next IBM. their consumer project appear to be flopping as of now. You are correct in saying enterprise space is where they excel, but that cannot make them incredibly relevant in people's lives unless they have a way to interact with their services. Their Mixed Reality program isn't riling everyone up, their Windows semiannual updates are causing more stress than use, they rarely listen to us Insiders, their phones flopped. This is a bad trend, and I can attribute part of it to Nadella. That is the extensive reasoning behind my concern

I think you need to see this https://ycharts.com/companies/MSFT/market_cap. Microsoft reached $500 billion again after 17 years Source: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-microsoft-results-research/microsofts-market-value-tops-500-billion-again-after-17-years-idUSKBN15B1L6. Now it has the highest market cap in its life time

This is why bill gates was still the better CEO. Or any american CEO for that matter. They know their products. They know they made it. They know progress.
