Dear Patrick, you can just add code within the loop that just eats time say count from 1 to 10000 every time in the loop.

Hi Suhas, i used this macro "Application.Wait (Now + TimeValue("00:00:05"))" this macro was delay every loop, but i want delay time on particular cell only. any suggestion. And thanks for the video its very us full for me.We wait for your next video. Madhan

Dear Arnab, Pausing does not work very effectively in these Macros. Best way is to upload in small batches. You will still need to monitor them.

Dear Abishek - There is another product dataloader that can help you load data to Oracle Apps. For simple tasks you can use above excel macro used in this video. In Fusion, you can use FBDI (File based data import) which is excel based import for loading data, it has become much easier
