Sir, I'm seeing your videos on a medidation session in which you ask focus on your breath and while doing that thing there comes a stage in that i feel a little beat in my chest close to heart and a back brain like they are connected to each other and then that beat get stronger and meanwhile i also feel my heart beat. I'm not a regualar medidtor but after seeing your video i'm regularly doing mediation but don't know what is that beat that i feel in my chest and in a brain. Will you please help me in that!!

Now in Hindi, Chup karka bhaith jao aaram sa aur aapna tann aur mann ka SAKSHI BHAV sa DARSHAN KARO. I meditated for last 7 days only for 10 mins and it's really works for me . For last 6 month i was depressed a lot . i cant focus and not happy at all . Only 10 min meditation help me to be more focus (study and other things) and be happy and also overcome the state of depression. thanks for sharing .
