I think most of time you are hitting guru Mann diet plan because he includes black supplements in his programs. I will never gone to listen any think about any supplement because I will never use any supplement in my entire life and I am with my natural vegetation diet I am getting results and I am very happy with it. I has only one supplement in my post workout drink is one scoop of proteinX with 250 ml non fat milk.

Bro m a fitness trainer n just wanna say tht l-argi n l-carni does work when used smartly n not over use it. N bcaa is only good for u if u're workin out more than 1 or 1n half hr in the gym which is stupid , ur work out shouldn't b more then 50 mins. N argree with u on pre workouts n gainers.

Awesome video bhai... I've started gyming again after a gap of 4 yrs. Had a bike accident which Messed up my right wrist. But against all ods Im at the gym again with full force. M a firm believer in natural bodybuilding. I was wondering whats good for muscle gains? Whey protien or creatine. Currently m. Not taking any supplements. Thanks and cheerz... Dude when u are talking about supplements please ensure the audience who watch your videos are learned and can make a decision because all this gyan is generic and has no meaning. You need to educate people on minerals ( majority of Indians are deficient like magnesium, calcium and potassium) the very reason body builders and aspirants are dying on and off stage is because of these deficiencies. Minerals aid vitamins they help the vitamins as catalyst to do their jobs and the list is extensive. Before you give this generic advise please understand not everyone is on the same page. Getting the right supplement is like all Indians aspiring to be a superpower like USA 🇺🇸. Get the basics right rest everything will follow👍

Ranveer! Very Good Info 👍! I used whey protein n bcaa once but it didn't impressed me! I workout for an hour and have my natural 💪 diet including steamed chicken, oats, yogurt, peas etc. Thanks for Motivation! Wish I had seen this video before.

I am having clear mindset regarding the whey protein's, bcaa's, creatine's that i don't need these. But am not sure about multivitamins specially the "ON Multi Men", should i take this or not needed bcz the ingredients in it speaks volume, so should I go for or not. BTW m pakka North Indian from Rajasthan whose mom gives their child enough fruits and veggies in the morning+afternoon+evening. What's say?

Genetics do matter...I never went to gym nor athelete. I have 44" shoulders, 34" waist 16" neck and 15" biceps. My height is 5'11" I am 75kgs now. I was a skinny guy at school, clge and work. .recently when i turned 23 i got this physique. I went vegan.

Steroids came in during the second world war and not post 1990's....Arnold is an athlete of 70's and 80's... does that mean he is natural lol??? He was into TRT and all. Supplements are natural. There is a difference between supplements and steroid.

@BeerBiceps i always wanted to build up my body but i do not have much friends who usually go to gym i do have and all have told me to gaon weight, is it true or should i start gym directly cause i'm a skinny guy but i do have 60 Kg (weight) i know its my bone weight and im a vegetarian also so what should i eat for protein and gaining weight and what should i do to workout in beginning..
