You guys wanted it, you guys got it. Bringing you one of my most honest, content-packed videos till date - Are bodybuilding supplements REALLY necessary to put on muscle? Or can you build muscle 100% naturally. To be honest, the gym and fitness supplement industry does make a few products which ACTUALLY help. But primarily, bodybuilding supplements can (and should) be avoided. Bodybuilding supplements that work are limited to protein shakes and creatine. As for the other common ones found in India, the answers to your questions are a little sketchy. All you need to know is that no supplement bodybuilding IS possible. 1 completely natural no supplement physique is possible, WITHOUT the use of bodybuilding supplements. Gym supplements for beginners and men are a very mysterious place. But in today's video we're gonna sort out that mystery. So if you were wondering "do i need supplements to build muscle ?"
The answer lies in today's video. Everything you need to know as a beginner to the gym supplement scene. Enjoy my video on supplements & bodybuilding.

I think most of time you are hitting guru Mann diet plan because he includes black supplements in his programs. I will never gone to listen any think about any supplement because I will never use any supplement in my entire life and I am with my natural vegetation diet I am getting results and I am very happy with it.
I has only one supplement in my post workout drink is one scoop of proteinX with 250 ml non fat milk.
Bro m a fitness trainer n just wanna say tht l-argi n l-carni does work when used smartly n not over use it. N bcaa is only good for u if u're workin out more than 1 or 1n half hr in the gym which is stupid , ur work out shouldn't b more then 50 mins. N argree with u on pre workouts n gainers.
Awesome video bhai... I've started gyming again after a gap of 4 yrs. Had a bike accident which Messed up my right wrist. But against all ods Im at the gym again with full force. M a firm believer in natural bodybuilding. I was wondering whats good for muscle gains? Whey protien or creatine. Currently m. Not taking any supplements. Thanks and cheerz... Ur new subscriber and fan.!!!
Dude when u are talking about supplements please ensure the audience who watch your videos are learned and can make a decision because all this gyan is generic and has no meaning. You need to educate people on minerals ( majority of Indians are deficient like magnesium, calcium and potassium) the very reason body builders and aspirants are dying on and off stage is because of these deficiencies. Minerals aid vitamins they help the vitamins as catalyst to do their jobs and the list is extensive. Before you give this generic advise please understand not everyone is on the same page. Getting the right supplement is like all Indians aspiring to be a superpower like USA 🇺🇸. Get the basics right rest everything will follow👍
Ranveer! Very Good Info 👍! I used whey protein n bcaa once but it didn't impressed me! I workout for an hour and have my natural 💪 diet including steamed chicken, oats, yogurt, peas etc. Thanks for Motivation! Wish I had seen this video before.
I am having clear mindset regarding the whey protein's, bcaa's, creatine's that i don't need these.
But am not sure about multivitamins specially the "ON Multi Men", should i take this or not needed bcz the ingredients in it speaks volume, so should I go for or not.
BTW m pakka North Indian from Rajasthan whose mom gives their child enough fruits and veggies in the morning+afternoon+evening.

Steroids came in during the second world war and not post 1990's....Arnold is an athlete of 70's and 80's... does that mean he is natural lol???
He was into TRT and all.
Supplements are natural.
There is a difference between supplements and steroid.

This video is BS. Don't believe everything he said.
KID first to point out "Gymmer" is not a word means nothing and you have no knowledge of fitness whatsoever.
And what? Don't listen to the experience people but listen to some YouTuber? Total BS. Who are they? Do they have fitness background? You don't have any chest muscles but a huge man boobs and you know what? That is the result of listening to YouTuber but not the experience "Gymmer" (which is not a word)
Do you even work out? You got girl like delt and your boobs is larger than few girls.
leave this fitness thing its not for you! stick to your bollywood! its a shameful thing to have a man boobs and talking about fitness. you are a disgrace! Shame on you!
i can see 11k misleaded people. *SAD*
Dude ....But supplements like Whey are digested quickly ...Best post workout meal...Which food is good for post workout...I mean which protein food is absorbed by body quickly ...Digested quickly?????Plz reply...
I love this edgy look! I was so excited that her hair, even as short as it is now, was still able to be put into the fun and trendy dutch pigtail braids! Instead of braiding to the ends, I ended them in close together pigtails at the nape of her neck. After I finished braiding, I tugged on the outsides of the braid gently to loosen them and make them a little messy and fun! Since she doesn’t have enough hair to tie around the elastics, I made sure to use elastics that matched her hair so they blend in as much as possible. You could also cover them with clips or bows! A view from the back of her Dutch pigtail braids! A great braid for short hair is a micro accent braid! My biggest tip for braiding short hair would be to add in small slices of hair rather than big ones. I did a small (micro) braid along a slightly curved deep part for anther cute and edgy look! You could also do another one next to it if you wanted a little more to the look, but I really liked how simple this one was. You can see how the part curves a little better from this view of the back. I ended the braid close to the head with an elastic that matched her hair. For our fourth style, we did a 3/4 french braid! Super simple but also super cute! You could do any type braid! It would also look cute using a Dutch braid or a fishtail braid! I loved the side view of this braid! I will for sure be doing this one next time she goes to gymnastics or swimming, whichever comes first! Our last braid is two four dutch lace braids into two loops in the back. Start off by parting the hair down the middle. On each side of the part, do a dutch lace braid, adding hair in from only the section closest to the part as you braid. Tie the braids together in the back with a small elastic and before you pull the hair all the way through to make a ponytail, leave it in a cute little loop! If the hair is a little bit longer, you could do a tiny bun. Repeat this directly under the braid you just did so you have two rows and two loops.
We will have to be coming up with lots more short hair braids in the future, so be sure to give us a follow over at our newly redesigned blog Abella’s Braids to see more as we do them!
Thanks for reading! See you again this time next month!
love these ideas! My daughter recently cut about 8 inches off her hair and is loving her shorter hair, but I’ve mostly been at a loss of what to do with it! Thanks!
Abella has been begging me for at least a year, probably closer to two years, to cut her hair. I posted a photo on Instagram with a question in the caption. “Abella has been begging me to cut her hair short, do you think I should let her do it?” Almost everyone said “YES!” So thanks to all of the good advice from my followers, we did it…and we haven’t regretted it for a second! I think she looks so cute and it really fits her personality! It’s for sure a lot harder to come up with braids but it’s pushed me to step out of my comfort zone! We wanted to show you that even if you have short hair, there are lots of cute braids you can still do!
This first braid (above) is three ladder braids. Start out with a part deep to one side. On the side with less hair, start out by doing a waterfall braid along the part. Under that one, do another waterfall braid, but incorporate the waterfall pieces from the one above it as you braid. Under that one, do a french braid. Incorporate the waterfall pieces from the second braid as you go. We braided each one to the ends and used elastics that matched her hair to tie them off.
